香港中文大學聯合書院校友會（下稱「本會」）謹此聲明：
1. 本會提供之會員福利乃為便利校友而設。校友在享用任何福利或與福利供應商進行交易時，須自行詳閱並了解相關合約條款、服務內容及條件。
2. 本會對任何福利供應商之營運狀況、財務狀況、服務或產品質量、商業信譽等，概不作任何明示或暗示之保證或陳述。校友須自行評估並承擔相關風險。
3. 校友因享用會員福利、與福利供應商進行交易或使用其服務而直接或間接引致之任何損失、損害、費用或法律責任（包括但不限於財產損失、人身傷害、商業損失、精神損害等），本會概不承擔。
4. 若校友與福利供應商發生任何糾紛，應自行與該供應商處理及解決。本會並無義務進行調解或提供協助。
5. 本會有權隨時修改此免責聲明，修改後內容將於公布時立即生效。
6. 若本聲明之任何條款被視為無效或無法執行，其餘條款之有效性及可執行性不受影響。
7. 本免責聲明受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其解釋。

The United College Alumni Association of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (the “Association”) hereby declares:
1. The member benefits provided by the Association are for the convenience of alumni only. Alumni shall thoroughly review and understand the relevant contract terms, services, and conditions before enjoying any benefits or conducting transactions with benefit providers.
2. The Association makes no express or implied warranties or representations of any kind regarding the operation, financial condition, quality of service or products, or commercial reputation of any benefit provider. Alumni must exercise their own judgment and assume all associated risks.
3. The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, or legal liabilities (including but not limited to property loss, personal injury, business loss, emotional distress, etc.) arising from alumni’s enjoyment of benefits, transactions with benefit providers, or use of their services.
4. Any disputes arising between alumni and benefit providers shall be resolved directly between the parties involved. The Association is under no obligation to mediate or assist in such a resolution.
5. The Association reserves the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon publication.
6. If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
7. This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
